What typically causes knee pain?
Knees bear most of your weight during daily activities and even more so when playing sports or exercising. How is knee pain diagnosed?

Imaging procedures such as an MRI, CT scan, or X-rays are often needed to allow your provider to see the bones and tissues inside your knee joint so they can identify the extent and cause of your pain.
